OUR COMMITMENT

With LAGUNA BLU you have the right to change your mind! From the date of your purchase (both online and in-store), you have 14 days to return your item (unwashed and in its original packaging).

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned to us in their original new condition, with all tags attached and sanitary liners in place

Please avoid putting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids or any other stains on the item. Items received back in such condition will not be accepted and either disposed or returned to the client. No credit will be issued, and the purchaser will be charged for the cost of return postage and forfeit all claims.

RETURN FOR REFUND

Unfortunately, we do not make refunds, instead, we provide store credits (read below).

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

Returns for store credit must be received back within 14 days of your online order arrival/in-store purchase date. Any return received back after 14 days will be refused and returned to the sender. Shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from any credit amount. Store credits are issued in the form of an e-gift card and will be sent to the email address used to place the original order.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Select items on our website may be marked as final sale, these items include clearance sale items, and special-order items. These final sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns.
